-Construction of the first BREEAM compliant industrial warehouse in Romania. This is a 17,850 m² construction, dedicated to all types of companies, interested in renting warehouse, workshops and office space, starting with units of 1,100 m².
Currently, the building is fully occupied. BREEAM compliance can be implemented during the design.
-Construction of a state of the art cold storage warehouse, which has 25% less carbon emissions than other warehouses of its type. It also has substantially reduced power consumption, due to the installations design which was implemented. The total surface of the building is approx. 6,000 m² and it offers approx. 7,500 pallet places for rental.
-Installation of the first rooftop photo voltaic panel project in Romania, which has a total capacity of 5.0 MW and was constructed to partially supply the requirements of existing tenants. The panels were installed on the existing roofs of the buildings of PWP Bucharest North.
-An 11 MWp solar panel farm is operational since May 2014 on a surface of 18 ha.

Alinso Group, dezvoltatorul PWP, anunta demararea lucrarilor de constructie, in cadrul parcului, a noii fabrici ce isi va incepe activitatea de productie in 2019. Este vorba despre prima fabrica de vata minerala bazaltica dezvoltata de producatorul danez Rockwool in Romania.

Alinso Group a semnat un nou contract la sfarsitul anului trecut cu Rockwool, renumitul producator danez de vata minerala bazaltica, care va construi prima sa fabrica de vata minerala din Romania in cadrul Ploiesti West Park (PWP). In aceeasi perioada, compania Timken a inaugurat noua unitate de proiectare și producție în cadrul PWP.
Alinso Group, dezvoltatorul celui mai mare parc industrial din sud-estul Europei, Ploiesti West Park (PWP), care se întinde pe o suprafață de 300 ha, a finalizat noul depozit cu funcțiuni industriale SE 3, destinat companiilor care desfășoară activități de producție ușoară, prelucrare, depozitare sau logistică.
O investiţie americană în valoare de două milioane de dolari aparţinând companiei PAS Techologies a fost inaugurată, marţi, în parcul industrial privat Ploieşti West Park, situat pe raza comunei Ariceştii Rahtivani, fiind vorba despre o nouă linie de producţie pentru industria petrolieră.
Compania americană Honeywell Transportation Systems a inaugurat, marţi, în prezenţa premierului Victor Ponta, fabrica situată în parcul industrial Ploieşti West Park, din judeţul Prahova, valoarea totală a investiţiei urmând să ajungă, până în anul 2015, la 57 de milioane de euro.
