CTP, CEE’s largest industrial property developer, enters a strategic partnership with Poland-based MDC², to develop full-service business parks throughout Poland. Construction in the first three locations will start in Q1 2021 and CTP will invest EUR 200 million during the first year of the project.

Remon Vos, CEO of CTP, explains: „Poland is not only the largest economy in CEE, but with a strategic location and a close proximity to Germany, it is also a logistics hotspot. While we start construction in Warsaw and Katovice, we keep exploring other locations in Poland to build hi-tech, sustainable parks for our 700 clients. Demand we register for logistics and industrial property in Warsaw area and other large Polish cities is immense.”
 
For the deal in Poland announced today, CTP partnered with MDC², a logistics developer with offices in Warsaw and Katowice.

 MDC² is a team of senior property experts that has developed over three million m2 of logistics parks in the last 15 years.
