Auto parts manufacturers, a sector with an annual turnover of nearly EUR 9 billion, even larger than the turnover of the car manufacturers, started to show interest in the acquisition of the warehouses where they function, following the cheapening of the prices and the outline of long term plans, says Cristina Pop, head of industrial agency within Jones Lang LaSalle.
