Graells & Llonch

The company was founded in the year 1999 and began operations in the development of the industrial parks, turnkey construction and engineering. Graells & Llonch was created from the union of two companies: Miquel Llonch Engineering SL, a company that has brought business experience in various countries in the industrial development projects from turnkey logistics developments and green developments, and Tallers Graells SA, a company founded in 1920 with expertise in the production and the assembling of metal structures as well as in the implementation of facilities and services for the industrial sector. Graells & Llonch completed its first project in Romania, an industrial business park located in Prejmer, outside of Braşov. Graells & Llonch Industrial Park Braşov covers an area of 839,000 sq. metres and 65% of the park’s area has been leased or sold.
