PWP Bucharest North, the largest private business park in South-Eastern Europe,with a surface of 300 ha, situated in the North of Bucharest, provides
warehousing, production or custom offer solutions for the prime market of Romania.
The SE 3 building is a class A construction with a total surface of approximately 19.535 SQM. The building provides an efficient work environment and can be adapted according to the clients’ specific requirements and needs. With a free height of 7,5 m and a grid line spacing of 11,7m by 24 m we are able to provide the surface you need for your business! The building is partially finished and can still be modified to match your needs.

-Construction of the first BREEAM compliant industrial warehouse in Romania. This is a 17,850 m² construction, dedicated to all types of companies, interested in renting warehouse, workshops and office space, starting with units of 1,100 m².
Currently, the building is fully occupied. BREEAM compliance can be implemented during the design.
-Construction of a state of the art cold storage warehouse, which has 25% less carbon emissions than other warehouses of its type. It also has substantially reduced power consumption, due to the installations design which was implemented. The total surface of the building is approx. 6,000 m² and it offers approx. 7,500 pallet places for rental.
-Installation of the first rooftop photo voltaic panel project in Romania, which has a total capacity of 5.0 MW and was constructed to partially supply the requirements of existing tenants. The panels were installed on the existing roofs of the buildings of PWP Bucharest North.
-An 11 MWp solar panel farm is operational since May 2014 on a surface of 18 ha.
-Construction of a utilities ring network, which represents an efficient and cost effective solution to connect all the constructions/tenants/land owners in our park to utilities.
PWP Bucharest North is the ideal location for logistics, industrial and manufacturing activities. The park is located in the central region of the country, 45 km north of Bucharest airport , at a one-hour drive from the city centre of Bucharest and at a five minutes’ drive from the city of Ploieşti.
Ploieşti is the second largest railway connection hub in the country after the capital city, linking Bucharest with Transylvania and Moldavia.
